Type: Junmai Daiginjio Fruity and velvety, this sake is soft, round, fresh and persistent on the palate with pleasant herbaceous notes. With rich and decisive flavors, it leaves a clean and balanced finish. The name KID is a play on words between Kishu (ancient name of the region) and Fudo (earth): son of the land of Wakayama.

The color gold in Japan represents luck and the cat called "manekineko" has its paw raised because it is calling luck to itself. It is made with the king of rices yamadanishiki, polished up to 55%. Both on the nose and on the palate you can feel aromas of melon and white pulp fruit and it has a slightly pungent finish.

TYPE: Tokubetsu Junmai Kaiun Tokubetsu Junmai was born from the producer's goal of making an easy-drinking sake. This winery is one of the few remaining to use the Funashibori pressing method which, by stressing the moromi less, produces a more elegant product. Suitable for any occasion, it is perfectly balanced.
