Kaiun Lucky Cat - Doi Shuzo
The color gold in Japan represents luck and the cat called "manekineko" has its paw raised because it is calling luck to itself. It is made with the king of rices yamadanishiki, polished up to 55%. Both on the nose and on the palate you can feel aromas of melon and white pulp fruit and it has a slightly pungent finish.
